With international experience from studying in France and Germany and working in both Germany and the US, Paule has a deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics and a strong appreciation for cultural diversity.  

Starting her career at BMW in Germany, she advanced to leadership roles at International Motors, specializing in project management, procurement, and global supply chain and logistics.
