Travis Hodge is an automotive manufacturing and operations leader with more than 13 years of experience driving production strategy, program planning, and operational innovation within the Volkswagen manufacturing environment. In his current role at the carmaker’s plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he leads cross-functional initiatives supporting current production programs, prototype vehicle operations, long-range production planning, launch integration, and manufacturing systems development.

Throughout his career, Travis has played a key role in major vehicle launch programs at Volkswagen, supporting logistics coordination, production systems implementation, and operational readiness for next-generation electric vehicle platforms. His experience spans manufacturing strategy, logistics integration, process optimisation, and production planning, with extensive collaboration across areas including production, R&D, quality, logistics, and engineering organisations.

In addition to his operational leadership responsibilities, Travis is recognised for advancing digital transformation initiatives through the development of process automation solutions, business intelligence reporting, and Microsoft Power Platform applications that enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across manufacturing environments.
