Todd Morley is an accomplished supply chain and operations executive with deep expertise in distribution, logistics, transportation, systems, and end to end supply chain management. Known for driving transformation in high volume, complex environments, Todd combines strategic vision with operational discipline to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, and service.

As Head of Distribution for North America–Mexico at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, Todd oversees a network of 21 fulfillment locations and leads a high performing team of distribution and operations leaders. He has successfully launched multiple distribution centers, strengthened operational governance, and developed leadership training programs in finance, budgeting, and project management to elevate organizational capability.

Before joining Henkel, Todd served as Vice President of Operations at DMA Sales, Inc., where he led six company owned warehouses and two 3PL facilities while optimizing network performance and operational cost structure. Previously, as Director of North American Logistics at Pure Fishing, Inc., he delivered significant cost reductions and operational stability during the unprecedented disruptions of the COVID 19 pandemic.
 

Todd’s leadership style blends strategic planning with hands on operational insight, ensuring safety, quality, and security remain foundational across all facilities. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Management Systems from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, and an MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management. He is trained in Lean methodologies and is a graduate of the Leading Bold Change program with Kotter International.
