Subhasish Roychoudhury is responsible for the end‑to‑end digitalisation of Ford’s global supply chain, including leading initiatives that support visibility and planning across multiple tiers of the supply chain. Among his objectives are the integration of production planning, demand, capacity, inventory and logistics management, the implementation of leading systems and tools, including TMS and WMS, and the application of supply chain decision intelligence frameworks. He has held the role since 2022. 

Roychoudhury has been with Ford since 2002 across a wide range of IT and digital functions, including powertrain engineering systems, virtual engineering and solutions, software engineering, manufacturing and supply chain systems. Prior to Ford, he held engineering and technology roles across major corporations including GE Power Systems and Ansys. 

Roychoudhury has a proven record of driving data‑driven decision‑making, lean process implementation, and enterprise‑scale business process re‑engineering. His background includes extensive work in Agile software development and delivery, along with managing large, globally distributed teams, vendor ecosystems, and multimillion‑dollar technology portfolios.
