Sean Moses is a logistics and supply chain leader specializing in finished vehicle logistics, transportation planning, and operations optimization. He currently serves as Head of Vehicle Logistics Planning at Glovis America, where he leads cross-functional planning efforts that align port operations, transportation providers, and internal logistics teams to meet customer wholesale and delivery objectives.

Sean began his career in finished vehicle logistics with Toyota in 2016 after graduating from California Maritime Academy with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Logistics. During his time with Toyota Logistics Services, he held multiple operational and analytical roles including Production Supervisor, Senior Kaizen Analyst, and Planning Manager. In these positions, he managed parts inventory and accessory installations lines, led continuous improvement initiatives across just-in-time port operations, and negotiated with logistics vendors to ensure operational teams consistently met wholesale targets.

Sean joined Glovis America in 2025 to lead the Vehicle Logistics Planning department, where he focuses on improving visibility, coordination, and decision-making across finished vehicle logistics networks. His work centers on aligning planning, operations, and transportation strategy to improve performance and efficiency across the automotive supply chain.
