In her current role since February 2023, Nikki Logsdon leads demand and supply planning as well as all scheduling , and supply chain innovation as part of General Motors Global Purchasing and Supply Chain team. She is responsible for vehicle and propulsion scheduling for North America as well as capacity planning for the supply base. Her teams lead the development of monthly planning schedules used across organisations for budget purposes.
Among her responsibilities are also teams dedicated to accelerating supply chain innovation and digitalisation.
Nikki Logsdon started her career at General Motors in 1999 and has worked across supply chain, logistics, purchasing, and program purchasing. She has worked at multiple manufacturing locations holding various leadership positions and has executed numerous launches and gained extensive experience managing global supply chains.
Since joining GM, she has progressed with increasing responsibility, including the role of supply chain and logistics Executive Director for the carmaker’s joint venture in China, SAIC-GM in Shanghai for three years. While in China, she was awarded International Service Person of the Year in 2021 and 2022 and has been a keynote speaker for various international events.
