Mukesh Sharma is the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Xos Trucks, a U.S.-based manufacturer of fully electric commercial vehicles and fleet charging infrastructure. He leads global supply chain strategy across procurement and logistics functions, overseeing sourcing, supplier partnerships, inbound material flow, and distribution for EV powertrain systems, complete commercial electric vehicles supplied to major fleet operators such as UPS, and charging solutions including energy storage systems (ESS).

With over five years at Xos, Mukesh has played a critical role in driving direct material cost optimization, strengthening supplier relationships, and enhancing supply chain resilience to support the company’s transition to gross margin positive operations. In his expanded role, he is responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution, from raw material sourcing through final vehicle delivery, across a global network spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.

His work focuses on improving supply chain visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency by leveraging digital tools, structured supplier engagement, and logistics optimization to navigate complex trade environments, including tariffs and evolving domestic content requirements, while ensuring continuity of supply for medium-duty electric vehicle platforms and mobile charging infrastructure deployed across commercial fleets.

Mukesh holds an MBA and is actively involved in advancing data-driven supply chain mapping practices to support scalable electrification of commercial transportation.
