Jorge Liera is a senior supply chain executive with deep experience leading end‑to‑end, multi‑country supply chain operations across the Americas for global industrial and automotive businesses.

He currently serves as Director of Supply Chain for the Americas at TE Connectivity, where he is responsible for integrated planning, logistics, manufacturing coordination, and operational performance across a highly complex, technology‑driven network.  With more than two decades of leadership experience at TE Connectivity and prior roles in the automotive sector, Jorge has led large‑scale transformations spanning supply chain planning, footprint strategy, operations, and logistics, supporting growth in electrification, connectivity, and next‑generation mobility markets.

His work focuses on strengthening resilience, improving customer service, and embedding advanced analytics, automation, and AI into daily supply chain decision‑making.  Jorge is recognized for driving technology‑enabled supply chain modernization, with a strong emphasis on integrated operations, digital planning, and autonomous execution.

He regularly engages with global leadership teams to align supply chain strategy with broader business objectives, including sustainability, customer centricity, and long‑term value creation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Jorge is based in North Carolina, USA, and actively contributes to industry discussions on the future of global supply chains, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
