Jordan Pavel is Regional Project Director and Chief of Staff for North America at OPmobility, where she leads key regional initiatives and partners with executive leadership to drive alignment and execution across the business. She brings deep expertise in supply chain strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence, with a focus on enabling scalable, data-driven decision making.

With over a decade of experience in automotive supply chain and operations, Jordan has led transformation efforts across supplier collaboration, production planning, and logistics. She held a strategy leadership role at FreightVerify (now Overhaul), a supply chain visibility platform, where she worked on aligning product capabilities with customer needs. Prior to that, at Ford Motor Company, she implemented end-to-end supply chain solutions across thousands of suppliers, improving demand stability and reducing disruption-related costs.

She holds an MBA in Global Supply Chain Management and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
