Darren is the Director of Supplier Management at Daimler Truck NA, where he leads digital transformation, governance and strategy for the supply chain across North America and globally. He serves as chair of Daimler Truck’s Global Supplier Management Board, collaborating across regions to shape the future of the company’s supply chain.
Regionally, Darren acts as Key Account Manager for North America Operations, ensuring reliable fulfillment of all material requirements supporting manufacturing.
Since joining Daimler Truck in 2007, Darren has held a range of leadership roles across Operations including; Inventory Management, Aftermarket Forecasting and Planning, Supplier Management and Distribution. From 2019 to 2022, he led the launch of the company’s 10th parts distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona, serving as General Manager through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Most recently, Darren and his team have driven advanced digital initiatives, leveraging large language models to reduce tariff exposure, deploying AI-driven agents to automate material planning functions, and enabling near-autonomous monitoring of supplier and network capacity risks.
