Scott Mabry is responsible for coordinating cross-border vehicle logistics flows across the Volkswagen Group in North America, working with sales and logistics teams in the US, Mexico and Canada, and with logistics teams in Europe. As part of a new regional alignment in vehicle logistics, he is also responsible for leading on an integrated control tower for North America, developing visibility and data analytics to help optimise logistics and inventory. Scott Mabry has been working across digital supply chain and logistics roles for more than 25 years, including with Volkswagen Group since 2004, in IT processes for supply chain and logistics operations, logistics planning and strategy for parts and vehicles.
