Paule Tchiegne Wandji

Paule Tchiegne Wandji serves as the Associate Director of the Logistics Center of Excellence (COE) Process and Governance at International Motors, LLC. In this role, she champions continuous improvement, strategic process transformation, and robust governance, all rooted in a deep commitment to cultural change.


With a sharp strategic mindset and a passion for innovation, Paule is focused on building robust, resilient, and sustainable supply chain ecosystems that not only navigate complexity but set new benchmarks in today’s dynamic automotive landscape. 


Since joining International Motors, LLC in 2016, Paule has leveraged her deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics and cultural diversity to lead large-scale transformations, execute financial and global capital projects, develop procurement strategies, and process standardization initiatives that enhance productivity and profitability. As a certified Change Management Practitioner, Paule recognizes the power of inclusive leadership and collaborative approach, remaining committed to aligning people, processes, and performance for sustainable, long-term impact. 


Paule ascended her career in the automotive industry, beginning in 2005 at the BMW Group in Germany, where she held diverse roles across Logistics, Purchasing, Materials and Supply Chain, and Project Management.


Paule holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Rosenheim Germany; a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Offenburg, Germany; and a License in Process Technology from Strasbourg, France. Additionally, she earned a Master Certificate in Advanced Procurement Management with focus on Strategic Negotiation from The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
